Accessibility notice
Please note: The listed building and the grounds are not barrier-free and cannot be reached by visitors with restricted mobility who are dependent on a wheelchair, walker or similar. Access to the property on the front (Rhine promenade) is possible via a fairly steep ramp or stairs. The museum itself can only be reached by stairs and in the towers there are stairs over several floors.
Note: pets in the museum
Due to the narrow stairs and rooms, we ask that you leave dogs and other pets outside. Thank you for your understanding.
Note on taking photos
Photography in the museum is allowed for private purposes. However, it is expressly forbidden to publish any interior shots from the museum. This also applies to distribution via social media such as Instagram and Facebook. A publication with exhibition details can lead to copyright infringements against third parties with corresponding legal consequences.
